ORANGE CHEESE CAKE
- 1-1/2 cup graham crumbs
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 6oz. orange jello (170 grams)
- 1 8 oz. (226 grams)
- 1 large cool whip
- 2 cup boiling water
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 2 cans mandarin oranges (drained)
Mix crumbs, sugar, butter together. Pat int 13x9 pan or springform pan. Save 1/2 for top.
Mix water and Jello. Chill to thicken slightly. whip cream cheese with the 1/4 cup sugar. Add to Jello. Whip cool whip and add to Jello mixture. Fold in drained oranges. Pour mixture over crumbs. Sprinkle top with remaining crumbs. Chill overnight.
Note: Sugar free and light products can be used (cream cheese and cool whip)
