Ingredients
- Water 1-1/8 cup
- BREAD FLOUR 3 cups
- Non-Fat Dry Milk 2 TBSP
- Butter 2 TBSP
- Sugar 1 TBSP
- Salt 1 tsp
- Active Dry Yeast 1-1/2 tsp

Preparation
Step 1
Mix in mixer with dough hook
Roll out and cut dough into small balls and roll into 6-inch strips.
Let rise 30 minutes.
Before baking, brush with beaten egg whites and sprinkle with poppy seeds and garlic salt.
Bake at 425° F for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes about 10 to 12 breadsticks.
