Ingredients

  • Water 1-1/8 cup

  • BREAD FLOUR 3 cups

  • Non-Fat Dry Milk 2 TBSP

  • Butter 2 TBSP

  • Sugar 1 TBSP

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Active Dry Yeast 1-1/2 tsp

Directions

Mix in mixer with dough hook Roll out and cut dough into small balls and roll into 6-inch strips. Let rise 30 minutes. Before baking, brush with beaten egg whites and sprinkle with poppy seeds and garlic salt. Bake at 425° F for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Makes about 10 to 12 breadsticks.
