Ingredients
- CRUST:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- FILLING:
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 egg whites
- 2 lemons, zest and juice
- 4 Tbls. flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Details
Cooking time 20mins
Preparation
Step 1
Mix crust until crumbly, press into 9x13 pan.
Bake 10 minutes and let cool.
Bake 350 20-30 minutes.
