Ingredients

  • CRUST:
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • FILLING:
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 lemons, zest and juice
  • 4 Tbls. flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Cooking time 20mins

Preparation

Step 1

Mix crust until crumbly, press into 9x13 pan.
Bake 10 minutes and let cool.

Bake 350 20-30 minutes.
