Ingredients

  • 4 cups raw potatoes
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can milk
  • onion

Preparation

Step 1

-Mix flour, salt, and pepper together
-Place a layer of potato in bottom of cassarole dish
-Then a layer of onion
-Sprinkle 1/2 of flour mixture on top
-dot with 1/2 of butter
-Repeat
-Mix milk and soup
-Pour over
-Bake @350F for min. covered and 45 min. uncovered (or longer until potatoes are soft)
