Creamy Garlic Vinaigrette

Ingredients

• 1 small garlic clove
• 1 tsp. mustard
• 1 tbsp. sherry vinegar
• 1/4 cup heavy cream
• 2 tbsp. canola oil
• 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
• freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Mince garlic and in a small bowl, stir together with mustard, vinegar, and cream. Add oils in a slow stream, whisking until emulsified, and season with salt and pepper.
