Ingredients
- 2 Tbs Oil
- Giblets From Your Turkey
- Neck From Your Turkey
- 2 C water
- 1/2 Cup Diced Onion
- 1/2 Cup Diced Celery
- 3 Tbs Butter
- 2 Tbs Flour
- 2 1/2 Cups Chicken or Turkey Stock or drippings
- Salt & Pepper To Taste
Preparation
Step 1
In 2 C water boil giblets & neck for 20 min
discard neck
in frying pan saute onion, celery & giblets
Vitamix onion, celery & giblets in the broth from cooking the giblets & neck
In frying pan heat butter & flour & spices
add giblet mix
add stock
