Ingredients
- 1 C. creamy peanut buter
- 1 1/2 C. powdered sugar ( more to prevent sticking)
- 5 Tbs. butter, softened
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 C. light cocoa melts or milk chocolate chips
- Assorted red, pink, white, purple sprinkles

Preparation
Step 1
In large bowl, mix peanut butter, sugar, vanilla, and butter. Knead mixture until smooth, adding up to 1/2 C. powdered sugar to prevent sticking. Roll dough in to 1" balls and place on waxed paper. Chill 1 hour. Line 2 cookies sheets with wax paper. Place sprinkles in assorted bowls. Microwave cocoa melts for 15 secs and stir until smooth. Drop the balls 5 at a time in chocolate until well coated. Remove balls with fork, allowing excess chocolate to drip off. Roll balls into sprinkles to coat. Place on cookie sheets and chill until set.
