Ingredients

  • 2 (12 oz) baking potatoes, each cut into 8 wedges
  • 1 1/2 tbs olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/4 tsp dried marjoram
  • 1/4 tsp dried tarragon
  • 1/4 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees

2. Place potato wedges in jelly roll pan. Drizzle with oil, toss well. Combine salt and next 5 ingredients, sprinkle over potatoes.

Bake at 400 for 50 minutes, or until tender, turning once.

For skinnier, crispier fries, cut into 16 wedges.
