Sand Tarts

Ingredients

• 1 cup butter, softened to room temperature, not melted
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1 cup pecans, chopped
• 1 2/3 cup flour
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• Powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Combine sugar, margarine and pecans in a bowl. Add flour and salt and mix well.
Sahpe cookies into crescents and place on cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 - 15 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool completely.
Place powdered sugar in bowl and dip each cookie in and toss to coat.
