My friend Nancy Brammer, gave this recipe to me and we enjoy it often in the winter.

Ingredients
- c. of each of following:
- 2 lb. stew beef (raw)
- carrots (I add more)
- celery
- onions
- potatoes (I add more)
- 2 Tbls. Minute Tapicoa
- 1 teas. sugar and salt
- 1 can V8 juice or tomato juice (11 oz. can)
- Can use 2 cans so it has lots of liquid.

Preparation
Step 1
Layer meat (uncooked) and all vegetables. Sprinkle on sugar and salt and V8 juice. Cook at 250 for 5 hours. DO NOT remove lid. It is delicious!!!!!
