Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs russet potatoes, thinly sliced
- 2 tsp rosemary, chpd
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- 3 T. EVOO
- 3/4 tsp salt
- pinch of cayenne
Preparation
Step 1
Toss the potatoes with all the ingredients. Spread on baking sheet and roast in 500 oven until golden about 20 minutes. Flip the potatoes and cook until golden and crisp, 8 more minutes. Season with salt
