Lamb Burgers with Mushroom Gravy

Ingredients

• eggs 2
• Bread Crumbs 1 C
• Onion Soup Mix 1 pkt
• ground lamb 2 pds
• flour 6 TBs
• Worcestershire 1 TB
• Jar whole mushrooms 1

Preparation

Step 1

In large bowl combine:
eggs, bread crumbs, 4 TB soup mix - stir until well combined
add lamb
form into patties and fry on each side 5 min
when well browned place on cookie sheet

in same frying pan place : flour, water, worcestershire sauce, remaining soup mix - stir until well blended
add mushrooms
bring to a boil for 5 min

warm patties in over and serve gravy over patties
