Ingredients
- 1 very large potatoe
- chicken broth
- cream
- salt
- 1 tbs butter (melted)
Preparation
Step 1
Peel & cut potatoe into quarters
Place in bowl of 1/2 water 1/2 chicken broth and microwave 15-20 min till very soft
Drain
Use potato rice rice potato. Mix in butter salt lightly to taste stir in cream till whipped
enough for 2 people
