Ingredients
- Cookie Dough:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup oil and Crisco (1/2 cup oil, 1/2 cup Crisco)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cream of tarter
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 cups plus 4 Tablespoons flour
- Cream filling:
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups Cool Whip

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Cream really well sugar, powdered sugar, eggs, butter, and oil and Crisco. Add salt, baking soda, cream of tarter, lemon juice and vanilla. Mix well and then add flour. Press onto a pizza pan and bake 12-15 minutes or until light brown. Let cool.
Cream filling:
Mix sugars and cream cheese together until smooth, then add vanilla and Cool Whip. Spread cream filling on cooled sugar cookie dough. Add any type of fruit.
May top with more Cool Whip.
Cut like a pizza
