Oatmeal Cookies (pudding in the mix)

Ingredients

• 1 1/4 cups unsifted flour
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1 cup marg
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 3/4 brown sugar
• 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
• 2 eggs
• 3 1/2 cups quick-cooking rolled oats
• 1 cup raisins

Preparation

Step 1

Mix flour with baking soda. Combine butter, the sugars, and pudding mixt in large mixer bowl; beat until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture; then stir in oats and raisins. (Batter will be stiff.) Drop by rounded tsp onto ungreased baking sheets about 2 in. apart. 375° 10 to 12 min. 5 dozen
