EASY DIJON ROASTED POTATOES

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. small red or Yukon gold potatoes, quartered
  • 1/4 cup FRENCH'S® Dijon Mustard
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 tsp. dried rosemary, thyme or oregano leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1



PLACE potatoes in large baking dish.

WHISK remaining ingredients in measuring cup until well blended. Drizzle over potatoes. Toss to coat.

BAKE at 425°F for 30 to 40 min. stirring often until potatoes are tender.
