Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp pot barley
- Carrots
- Celery
- Round steak ( lean)
- Turnip
- Beef soup base
Preparation
Step 1
Cook barley (strain and drain)
Cook steak cubed in water
After meat is cooked add barley
Chopped carrot, celery and turnip - cook until they are soft
Keep veg uniform in size
Add soup base about 1 teaspoon
