Japaneese Chicken

Ingredients

  • chicken wings
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 cup butter
  • Sauce
  • 3 tbsp soya sauce
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 tsp accent
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Dip chicken in egg and then roll in flour.fry in butter until brown and crispy.put in roaster and pour sauce over.cook 350 for an hour.
