Potatoes Pepperjack scalloped

Ingredients

  • 24 oz. package fresh from the Start callp cut potatoes or other thinly sliced potato of choice
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz. pepperjack cheese, grated

Preparation

Step 1

Lay out potatoes in a 13 x 7 inch dish. Drizzle cream over potatoes and season well with salt and pepper. Scatter cheese evenly on top of potatoes. Microwave on high for 4 minutes.
