Ingredients
- 1 sugar free angel food cake cubed or broken into pieces
- 2 boxes sugar free vanilla pudding
- 2 small containers of fat free/sugar free vanilla yogurt
- 2 containers free cool whip (8oz size)
- 3 cups fat free milk
- 1 large container of strawberries or two small – cleaned and sliced.
Preparation
Step 1
Mix pudding with milk until thickened. Add yogurt and cool whip.
Place ½ of cake on bottom of pan. Top with ½ the pudding mixture.
Add ½ of the prepared strawberries on top. Layer again with cake, pudding mixture and strawberries.
