Ingredients
- 2 cups bite-size tortilla chips
- 1/2 cup Hormel® Pepperoni
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced ripe olives, if desired
- 1/4 cup refrigerated 4-cheese Alfredo sauce
Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat oven to 375ºF.
2. In 11x7-inch baking dish, arrange chips in single layer. Top with pepperoni, cheese and olives. Bake 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and chips are heated thoroughly.
3. Meanwhile, in microwave-safe glass measure, microwave Alfredo sauce on HIGH (100%) 20 to 30 seconds or until warm. Drizzle sauce over nachos. Serve immediately.
