- 12 slices Hormel® Fully Cooked Bacon
- 1 (12-ounce) package frozen low-fat creamed spinach
- 1/2 cup finely grated Parmesan or Romano cheese

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cut bacon into 1/2-inch pieces.
2. Prepare creamed spinach according to package directions.
3. In microwave-safe bowl, microwave bacon on HIGH (100%) 30 seconds or until crisp. Stir in hot spinach and cheese; mix thoroughly.
Note:
Serve this creamy dish alongside barbecue grilled steaks or chops.
