  • Flour 1/3 C
  • egg 2
  • stoneground mustard 3 TB
  • salt 1/4 tsp
  • bread crumbs 2/3 C
  • ground pecans 2/3 C
  • tilapia - 1 fillet per person
  • olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

In one dredge bowl place flour
in another place egg, mustard & salt
in another place bread crumbs & pecans

heat oil to shimmer in frying pan
cook fish 3 min on each side
