Ingredients

  • onion,garlic, ginger, sesame oil, soba noodles, soy sauce

  • broth

Directions

Start Broth with chunks of white onion, garlic, ginger, & sesame oil. Add garlic after the others brown. Once Brown add broth (chicken/vegetable or fish) & soy sauce. Boil noodles then brown in soy and sesame oil Brown diced veggies in soy and sesame oil to coat. After you strain the broth, put noodles in the broth + veggies
