Asparagus with Lemon Mustard vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb fresh asparagus, washed and trimmed
  • 1 small red onion, diced
  • 2 tsp McCormick Lemon & Pepper seasoning
  • salt
  • 1 tablespoon country style dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup olive or vegetable oil

Preparation

Step 1

Steam or boil aspargus 7-10 minutes or until crisp tender. Place asparaugs on large platter. Top with onion (I mix onion with the seasonins and oil) Combine remaining ingredients, drizzle over asparagus and serve
