Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb fresh asparagus, washed and trimmed
- 1 small red onion, diced
- 2 tsp McCormick Lemon & Pepper seasoning
- salt
- 1 tablespoon country style dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 cup olive or vegetable oil
Preparation
Step 1
Steam or boil aspargus 7-10 minutes or until crisp tender. Place asparaugs on large platter. Top with onion (I mix onion with the seasonins and oil) Combine remaining ingredients, drizzle over asparagus and serve
