Becky's chicken POt Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken ( or 1 large can chicken breast)
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp garlic
  • 2 cans cream of chicken sou0
  • 2 cans, or frozen mixed vegetales
  • 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
  • 2 1/2 cups milk

Preparation

Step 1

brown chicken in skillet. Add onion and garlic and cook a while longer. drain mixture. In large casserole pan, add soup and vegatble, 1 cup milk and chicken. Stir together.
In seperate bowl, stir together Bisqick and 1 1/2 cups mik. Pour evenly into mixture. DO NOT STIR!
Bake at 425 degrees for 45 min.
