Hawaiian Wedding Cake (Larry Tite Gayla Dunn)

Ingredients

  • 1 yellow or white cake mix
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding (3 oz)
  • 1 8oz. cool whip
  • 1 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup coconut

Preparation

Step 1

Bake cake as directed in a 9 x 13 cake pan. Let cool.

Mix pudding, cream cheese and milk. Spread on top of cooled cake. Mix cool whip, drained pineapple and coconut.
Spread over pudding mixture. Refrigerate.
