Ingredients
- 1 yellow or white cake mix
- 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding (3 oz)
- 1 8oz. cool whip
- 1 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup coconut
Preparation
Step 1
Bake cake as directed in a 9 x 13 cake pan. Let cool.
Mix pudding, cream cheese and milk. Spread on top of cooled cake. Mix cool whip, drained pineapple and coconut.
Spread over pudding mixture. Refrigerate.
