Ingredients
- 12 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 pkg chocolate cake mix
- 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate mini-morsels
Preparation
Step 1
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add egg and vanilla; beat until blended, stir in chocolate mini-morsels, and set aside.
Mix cake as label directs and pour this into greased and floured tube pan or bundt pan. Evenly cover wtih cream cheese mixture, and bake in 350 degree oven for about 45-55 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean.
Cool on wire rack for 25 minutes, then remove from pan. Dust with powdered sugar.
