Ingredients
- 2 boxes soft tofu, regular or silken
- 12 oz unsw baking chocolate
- 1/2 to 1 c maple syrup

Preparation
Step 1
Let tofu sit out til at room temp.
Melt choc in dbl boiler.
Put tofu & 1/2 c syrup in blender. Add more syrup if more sweetness is desired.
Slowly pour in choc, and blend.
Chill 15 min.
Garnish w/ whipped cream, whole strawberry, & choc shavings.
