Ingredients
- 2-3 large chicken breasts with bone
- onion
- celery stalk
- carrot.
- onions,
- mushrooms
- 1/2 stick butter
- 4 tbsp flour
- sour cream (1/2 of a container)
Preparation
Step 1
Cook chicken breasts, onion, celery stalk and carrot like you would for chicken noodle soup. Add Vegata.
Saute onions and mushrooms.
In a frying pan, make an umper of butter and flour. Gradually add 2 cups chicken broth. Not to thick, not to thin. Add sour cream - tbs by tbs. Add mushrooms and onions.
