Spiced Caramel Corn

  • 1 t butter
  • 1 c syrup
  • 1/2 c unpopped popcorn
  • 1/2 t cinnamon
  • 1/2 t nutmeg
  • 1/2 t chili powder
  • 1 t salt
  • 1 c mixed nuts



Step 1

Heat butter on high, add corn and pop. Line baking sheet with parchment. In large pot, stir syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, chili, salt. Boil over medium heat, don't stir. Stir in nuts and popped corn. Mix well. Turn onto sheet. Spread and cool.
