Ingredients
- 1 pkg puff pastry
- EVOO
- 4 c yellow onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- s/p
- 3 T white wine
- 2 t thyme
- 4 T parmesan
- 4 oz herb goat cheese
- roma tomatoes
- fresh basil
Preparation
Step 1
Flour and roll pastry to 11x11. Cut into desired size rounds. Score outside circle of rounds and poke center with fork. Heat oven to 425 degrees. Suate inions, thyme,garlic in EVOO. Place 1 T parmesan on pastry, then onion mix then goat cheese then tomato. Brush with EVOO and top with basil and sprinkle of parmesan. Bake 20-25 minutes.
