Ingredients
- Chocolate Filling:
- 2 small pkgs instant chocolate pudding
- 3 cups milk
- Cream Cheese Mixture:
- 1 cup Cool Whip
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
- Crust:
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 stick Butter
- 1/2 cup Chopped pecans
- Topping
- 1 (8oz) cool whip
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
Preparation
Step 1
Chocolate Filling:
Mix instant pudding with milk.
Cream Cheese Mixture:
Combine 1 cup Cool Whip, 1 Cream Cheese, and 1 cup Powdered Sugar. Mix until smooth.
Crust:
Combine flour, butter, and nuts in large bowl. Spread mixture on bottom of 9x13 pan. Bake in 350 deg oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
When crust is cooled, spread Cream Cheese mixture on top of crust. Pour Chocolate filling on top of Cream Cheese mixture. Top with Cool Whip. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Refrigerate.
