  • Chocolate Crumb Crust

  • cups vanilla wafer crumbs

  • 6

    tablespoons confectioners' sugar

  • cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • cup butter, melted

  • 3

    (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

  • 1

    (14 ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk

  • 1

    (12 ounce) package semisweet chocolate chips, melted

  • 4

    eggs 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • Melted semi-sweet chocolate (optional)


1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Prepare Chocolate Crumb Crust. 2. Chocolate Crumb Crust: In medium bowl, combine vanilla wafer crumbs (about 45 wafers), confectioners' sugar, cocoa powder and butter. Press firmly on bottom and 1/2 inch up side of 9-inch springform pan. 3. In large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. 4. Pour into prepared pan. 5. Bake 1 hour and 5 minutes or until center is set. 6. Cool. Chill in refrigerator at least 4 hours. 7. To serve, drizzle with additional melted chocolate if desired. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.
