West family chicken recipe

Ingredients

  • 8 drumsticks
  • Worchestershire sauce
  • season salt
  • poultry salt
  • Emeril's Essensce Seasoning
  • Pepper
  • Montreal Steak Seasoning
  • Garlic Salt
  • Chili Powder
  • 1/2 stick butter

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375

Wash 8 drumsticks and trim off excess fat (I use boneless skinless chicken breast instead)
Line casserole pan with foil
Line chicken in 2 rows in pan
Drizzle worchestershire sauce on chicken
Sprinkle chicken with all seasonings
Drizzle on 1/2 stick melted butter
(I spice it up and use some roasted chilies)

Cook for 1 hour
