  • For Lavender Ice:
  • 1 quart water
  • 4 teaspoons dried lavender flowers
  • For Cocktail:
  • 1 ounce Nolet's Dry Gin
  • 1 ounce Campari
  • 1 ounce Carpano Antica Sweet Vermouth
  • ice cubes, unflavored
  • orange twist, for garnish

Step 1

To Make Lavender Ice:
In a saucepan, bring water to a boil with dried lavender flowers, remove from heat and let steep 5 minutes. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a large ice cube tray and freeze solid

To Make Cocktail: In a mixing glass, stir Nolet's Dry Gin, Campari and Carpano Antica Sweet Vermouth with regular ice, then pour over a lavender ice cube in a rocks glass and garnish with an orange twist.
