Oreo Poke Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 Box Chocolate Cake Mix (plus all ingredients to make it)
  • 2 (4oz) Instant Oreo cookies n'creme pudding
  • 4 Cups milk
  • Crushed Oreo for topping (Optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Bake cake according to directions and place in a greased 9x13 pan.

Just before cake is done, begin making pudding. In a medium bowl, add mixes and milk together and wisk until lumps are removed. Let pudding sit 2 minutes.

After removing cake from the oven, poke cake with holes using a wooden spoon end in 1 inch intervals.

Pour pudding mixture over top of the cake and gently press down to get it into the holes. Place cake in the refrigerator and allow to cool completely (about an hour).

Top with whipped creme and crushed Oreos!
