Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lb. pot roast
- 1 medium baking potatoe
- 2 large carrots
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 celery ribs
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 t. rosemary
- 1/2 t. thyme
- 1/2 c. beef broth
Preparation
Step 1
Trim any excess fat from beef. Cut beef into serving size pieces; season with salt and pepper. Cut potatoe into quarters, slice carrots and celery. Place potato, carrot, celery and onion in crock pot. Sprinkle with rosemary and thyme. Arrange beef over vegetables in crock pot. Pour broth over beef.
Cook on low for 8 hours.
