Ingredients
- Jerk Butter:
- Jerk Marinade
- 2 TBSP Jerk Butter (see below for recipe)
- 1 Pint Heavy Cream
- 4 Chicken Breasts or 8 Tenderloins, marinated and grilled in Jerk marinade
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 10-12 sprouts fresh asparagus, steamed
- 2 TBSP lemon juice
- 11 oz cooked bowtie pasta
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 TBSP Tony's Creole seasoning
- 1/2 stick butter
- Few pinches each of:
- jerk seasoning
- thyme
- red pepper flakes
- Melt and mix, refrigerate

Step 1
Heat skillet
Add Jerk butter, mushrooms, and asparagus
Cook until sauteed
Add lemon juice
Add cream, stir and heat
Add cooked pasta and chicken
Add parmesan and Creole seasoning
Mixture should be creamy
