Rhubarb & Strawberry Crumb Cake

Ingredients

  • Topping:
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 6 tbsp. butter
  • 3/4 cup oats
  • dash of salt
  • Filling:
  • 2 pints strawberries
  • 3 cups rhubarb
  • 2/3 cups sugar
  • 1 tbsp. cornstarch

Bake at 400° for 40 minutes.
