Ingredients

  • 8 chicken quarters, no skin, but with bones
  • 2 red peppers
  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 carrots, sliced thin
  • 2 parsnips, in bigger chunks
  • 1 whole onion, cut in pieces
  • 4 garlic cloves, through a press
  • 2 big bok choys, cut into pieces so it is easy to eat
  • 6 Knorr chicken cubes

Preparation

Step 1

Slow simmer the chicken for about 50 minutes, taking the fat off with a sieve every so often.

Once the chicken is almost falling off the bone, emrove it and put in another bowl to cool so you can pull the meat off.

Cut up the vegetables.

Once the chicken is out, put in the veggies and the Knorr chicken cubes. Let simmer.

Once chicken is cool enough to debone, do so and put into the pot.

The pieces of meat that are really dark, give to the dog, he'll love you for it.

Slow simmer it all for another 60 minutes.

Add a bit of garlic salt to taste.
