Ingredients
- 1/2 cup ground flax seed meal
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoon oil or melted butter
- 3 tablespoons cottage cheese - (heaping)
- 1/4 cup cream
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together. You may need to add a little water to thin.
Fry as you would regular pancakes.
This recipe yields 8 pancakes.
