Ingredients
- 1/2 C sour cream
- 1/4 C crumbled blue cheese
- 1 small clove garlic, chopped
- 1 T skim milk or buttermilk
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Combine the sour cream, blue cheese, garlic, milk and lemon juice in a bowl until combined but still chunky. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
