Ingredients
- 4 lg. potatoe's
- 1 lg. sweet onion, sliced this
- 1 cup Hellmann's mayonaise
- 1/4-1/3 cup fresh lemon juice. Must be fresh.
- 1 teaspoon salt. I usually add a little more
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- dash of cider vinegar

Preparation
Step 1
Cover potatoes with cold water, bring to boil and cook until a knife goes in easy in the middle of potato. Take out and let cool on counter. Slice thin. Add the thinly sliced onion.
Mix mayo.,lemon juice, salt, sugar and vinegar. Mix well and pour over potato's, mix with a light hand.
Chill very well! Best make 24 hour's in advance.
