  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 slices bacon
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 jalapeno pepper, seeded and
  • minced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 (16-ounce) bags frozen whole
  • green beans, thawed
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 tea po on red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon salt



Step 1

In a large skillet, heat oil over
medium-high heat. Add bacon,
and cook until crispy. Remove ba-
con, and drain on paper towels;
crumble bacon. Reduce heat to
medium. Add onion, jalapeno, and
garlic; cook for 1 minute, or until
tender. Add green beans, pepper,
seasoned salt, pepper flakes, and
salt; toss gently to coat. Cover, and
cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until
beans are crisp-tender. Remove
from heat,add crumbled bacon,
serve immediately
