Caramel Pull Aparts

Ingredients

  • Non-stick Cooking Spray
  • 1 3.5oz pkg cook and serve butterscotch pudding and pie filling.
  • 1 2.25oz pkg nut topping or 1/2 C chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 C packed Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tbs ground cinnamon
  • 2 pkgs (11oz each)refrigerated breadsticks
  • 2 Tbs unslated melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven 350F. Lightly spray 12-Cup Bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.

In medium bowl mix unprepared pudding, nuts, sugar and cinnamon until well blended. Remove breadstick dough from pkg, keeping spirals intact. DO NOT UNROLL sprials into breadsticks. Separate into pieces and cut 16 spiral rolls in half to make 32 chunks.

Toss chunks of dough with sugar mixture, making sure dough chunks do not stick together. Drizzle with butter and toss until mixture is moist. Transfer dough mixture with any remaining sugar mixture in bowl to Bundt pan. Bake 20-25 min or until caramel bubbles around edge of pan. Immediately invert cooked pull aparts in pan onto large serving plate.
