Tomatillo Salsa

Ingredients

  • 3 to 5 serrano chilies (3 will be warm to mild, 5 will be hot)
  • 12 tomatillos
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbs vinegar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/3 cup onion

Preparation

Step 1

Boil the chilies after 5 min all tomatillos about 3 to 5 min, remove and drain.
Puree chilies, tomatillos, garlic, vinegar with salt, cilantro and onion. Blend in blender.
Add ½ avocado and chop other ½ to finish salsa.
