Ingredients
- 3 to 5 serrano chilies (3 will be warm to mild, 5 will be hot)
- 12 tomatillos
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbs vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 avocado
- 1/3 cup onion
Preparation
Step 1
Boil the chilies after 5 min all tomatillos about 3 to 5 min, remove and drain.
Puree chilies, tomatillos, garlic, vinegar with salt, cilantro and onion. Blend in blender.
Add ½ avocado and chop other ½ to finish salsa.
