Creamed Ham and Toast

Great for after the holidays!

Ingredients

• 3 Tbs. butter
• 3 Tbs. flour
• 3 cups milk
• cooked ham (cubed)
• toasted bread
• salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter in saucepan. Add flour and stir, add milk and salt and pepper to taste. Stir over medium heat until thickened. Must keep stirring or it will stick to the bottom of the pan. Add the cooked ham (you should heat the ham in the microwave before adding it to the cream). Pour over toasted bread and ENJOY!
