Shrimp Linguini

Ingredients
- 16 oz linguini or thin spaghetti
- 1/4 cup salted butter
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 1/2 lbs peeled shrimp
- 1/2 lb vegetable of choice
- 8 garlic cloves chopped
- 2/3 cup romano cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- chopped parsley
- lemon juice

Preparation
Step 1
cook linguini in a large pot
melt butter in large skillet, add veggie, shrimp, garlic and cook over med-high heat stirring often about 4 minutes.
place linguini in bowl and top with shrimp mixture.
add lemon juice
sprinkle with cheese, salt and pepper. toss well and sprinkle with parsley
serve at once
